Major Call Center companies are fast expanding in East India mainly in the
state of
West Bengal and
Orissa. State Governments in these
states are taking all steps to provide logistic and infrastructure support
to lure BPO providers. Vast pool of talented and English speaking manpower,
good communication facilities combined with comparable cost dynamics is
making East India a preferred destination for call center operations.
