South India is the most preferred IT and Call Center destination in India. Bangalore and Chennai lead amongst other cities in South India as Call Centre hubs. In South Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka state governments are developing industrial parks and estates with supporting infrastructure for BPO operations to lure Call Center companies.
