December 23, 2009- A prediction has been made by the outsourcing
industry watchers about an increase in offshore IT outsourcing in the new
year 2010. The trends indicate that focus will be less on the quantity of
work organizations are sending overseas and more on where they are sending
it. Six offshore locations that can gain importance in IT and
BPO services in 2010 include some of the
countries that are already doing well in the field and some other new
countries that will come up as their competitors. The list of these
countries include China; India; Africa and the Middle East; Latin America;
the Philippines; and the United States where some low-cost U.S. Locations
